We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in London, providing essential support to the Marketing team. This role is ideal for a graduate or junior marketer looking to gain broad marketing experience while focusing on marketing administrative and support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Head of Marketing and the wider Marketing team.

Assist with sales support materials, including formatting PowerPoint presentations and preparing documents.

Use Canva or similar design tools for basic marketing assets such as internal documents, social media visuals, and sales collateral.

Manage and update marketing databases, spreadsheets, and files.

Assist in organising marketing materials and ensuring brand consistency.

Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams on general marketing requests.

Support with website updates (basic content changes, uploads, etc.).

Coordinate the production and distribution of printed and digital materials.

About You:

A recent graduate in Marketing or a related field, or some prior experience in a marketing role.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel).

Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.

A proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
