We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the marketing department in executing various strategies, campaigns, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies
Conduct market research and analysis to support marketing initiatives
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including content for brochures, emails, and advertisements
Maintain and update the marketing database, ensuring all information is current
Help manage the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are met for all campaigns
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization
Assist with event planning and coordination for marketing-related activities
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing or a related field is preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content creation
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
