What You’ll Bring:
We have an excellent opportunity for a creative minded individual to join the Recruitment Division. The role will be supporting the Marketing department with campaigns which will be specifically targeted for each of the recruitment managed services brands.
To support the Division following a recent expansion, this
exciting
,
fast-paced
role will be responsible for supporting the Head of Marketing with general marketing duties. Assisting with marketing campaigns, creating e-shots, content writing, reporting, social media exercises, research projects and competitor analysis, providing exhibition support and any other ad-hoc tasks required.
What You’ll Achieve:
As Marketing Assistant you will:
Creating and executing e-shots, email marketing, and social media content across all channels
Supporting the Head of Marketing in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
Managing events such as job fairs, exhibitions, and trade shows
Conducting competitor analysis and providing regular reports on findings
Writing monthly newsletters, blogs, and engaging in marketing training and personal development

What We Require:
Previous Marketing and Social Media Platform experience
Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point
Excellent written
communication skills
in the context of marketing collateral
Keen
attention to detail
and willingness to demonstrate in all projects
Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work and deliver against multiple activities in a timely manner
