We are looking for a Marketing Assistant for a top beauty company in NYC!
Responsibilities:
Under direction of the Brand Engagement team, this person will support the brand’s overall owned and earned brand engagement strategy by managing day-to-day social and equity programming, key advocacy and brand love initiatives, and seeding strategy.
Support the Team with influencer relationship building, gifting, product mailers/scaled seeding, invite lists, event recaps and reporting.
Support Team & Category Social Leads to execute cohesive owned social strategy and drive the execution of our social calendar across TikTok and Facebook
Schedule/post social media posts (sometimes via Sprinklr) across TikTok and Facebook. Must be able to edit content and write captions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Previous experience working in social media
Communicate with global teams on a daily basis
