We’re a portfolio of fast-growing brands looking for a part-time, in-person Marketing Assistant to join our team in Orem, Utah.
This is a high-growth opportunity with the chance to work directly alongside our CEO—who’s built and scaled multiple successful online businesses. Perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on marketing and sales experience.
What You’ll Do:
Collect and organize product mockups from our design team
Report daily metrics (email, SMS, Shopify sales, etc.)
Assist with product uploads + updates in Shopify
Help build and update funnels and landing pages
Support email + SMS campaigns (Klaviyo or similar)
Run light market research + competitor checks
Stay organized—manage calendars, digital files, etc.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in sales or marketing (or eager to learn!)
Strong attention to detail + follow-through
Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, Shopify, Canva, etc.)
Positive attitude + desire to grow with the company
Must be local to Utah County and available in-office
