Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, including making phone calls, social media, and email.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing decisions.
Support the management of social media accounts, emails, building CRM and monitoring interactions.
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate reports that provide insights for optimization.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
Assist in budgeting for marketing projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing initiatives.
Experience
Familiarity with analytics tools and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
Experience or knowledge in social media marketing strategies and best practices.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, emails, and Google tools for enhancing online visibility.
Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
Strong organizational/time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and adapting to changing environments.
