Marketing Assistant Jobs in London, England, UK at TJB Super Yachts
The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in not just the marketing team but within the business, contributing to the development and implementation of the TJB Super Yachts (TJB SY) and TJB Private Travel (TJB PT) marketing strategies.
The role will focus on growing the TJB brand exposure within the super yacht and luxury travel industries, as well as amongst our target customer demographic. The Marketing Assistant will work alongside their marketing team colleagues to maintain all TJB SY and TJB PT marketing assets and deliver effective andimpactfulmarketing campaigns.
Reporting To
A global role, reporting into our Marketing Director and working closely with both our Super Yachts and Private Travel key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the team to implement the marketing strategy
Play an active role in the content creation and management of social media campaigns
Design and create unique graphics, presentations, and other materials
Maintain the company’s visual representation and brand guidelines
Developinnovativetravel itineraries and destination guides (content and design)
Assist in digital email campaign execution with attractive layouts
Provide SEO copywriting, proofing, and editing for blogs, web pages, and othercommunicationneeds
Support with the rollout of the new TJB website project
Keep abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in global marketing initiatives as assigned
Experience and Requirements
Educated to degree level or equivalent marketing qualification
1+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a background in a luxury industry being desirable. High calibre graduates also considered
Possess excellent copywriting skills, a strongattention to detail, and creative flair
CMS experience
Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud ideally (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), if not experience of web-based tools such as Canva, Figma or similar is advantageous
Be able to demonstrate sound organisation skills andflexibility, and a capability to manage multiple work streams
English fluency is essential with an additional language desirable (French, Russian, German, Italian preferred)
Experience in yachting, high-end/experiential travel or other luxury businesses
