Position Overview
Omega Law Group is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts through administrative tasks, social media monitoring, and content creation. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic legal marketing team.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling and phone management
Monitor social media trends relevant to Personal Injury Law
Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms
Maintain and update customer email lists for accuracy and consistency
Support the planning and coordination of marketing events
Monitor and respond to client reviews across multiple platforms to enhance the firm’s online reputation
Research opportunities to increase brand awareness and visibility
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing
Proven excellent customer service skills and ability to be flexible, a team player, and interface professionally with all levels of internal and external customers
