Are you a social media enthusiast with a passion for digital marketing? Join our dynamic corporate marketing team as a Digital Marketing Assistant! We are looking for an energetic and creative individual who is eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing field.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**Social Media Navigation**:
Must have working knowledge or a willingness to learn how to fully navigate Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok (pending ban), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Will conduct and moderate community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (pending ban), YouTube, X, and LinkedIn, with an emphasis on Instagram and Facebook.
**Social Media Management Tools**:
Must have working knowledge or a willingness to learn how to use Social Media Management Tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
**Influencer Outreach**:
Conduct initial Influencer Outreach and sourcing via our Influencer Program Doc and all of our social media platforms.
**Event Coverage**:
Cover and be proactive at events, conduct interviews, and assist with filming days and events such as filler shoots, grand openings, pop-ups, and city events.
Participate in events like drivable CA city events or even events in other states.
**Brand Ambassadors**:
Hire, lead, and train brand ambassadors at college campuses or city events.
Assist with sourcing brand reps/ambassadors in each franchisee location as needed.
**Local News Outreach**:
Source local news outlets to cover grand openings, city events, and college events that franchisees will be at.
QUALIFICATIONS
**Outgoing Personality**: Must have an outgoing personality and great communication skills.
**Event Proactivity**: Ability to cover and be proactive at events and conduct interviews.
**Learning Agility**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new social media platforms and tools.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Community Engagement**:
Engage with our online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
Moderate discussions and foster positive interactions within our online community.
**Content Creation**:
Assist with the creation and curation of engaging content for social media platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.
**Analytics and Reporting**:
Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in our social media strategy.
