Your New Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant/Marketing Manager level professional to support and lead our marketing efforts, helping to elevate our brand, win new business, and strengthen our industry presence. Depending on experience and expertise, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting all marketing activities related to business development, including assisting with proposals, preparing presentations, organizing events, and managing sponsorships.
Managing the company’s social media presence to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Assisting in creating compelling narratives and dynamic presentations that effectively communicate our firm’s strengths and value.
Ensuring company certifications and pre-qualifications are up to date and assisting in managing proposal deadlines.
Providing support to the proposal team, helping to synthesize technical information into engaging marketing content.
Leading or assisting with special marketing projects and representing the firm at industry events as needed.
What You will Need to Succeed:
A background in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry or a similar professional services environment. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a marketing role within an AEC firm or a comparable organization.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills to craft compelling marketing materials.
An initiative-taking and collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint to create visually compelling materials.
The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
For management-level candidates, additional qualifications such as marketing leadership experience, strategic planning skills, and a proven track record of driving brand growth and business development will be valued.
