Key Responsibilities
Support the development of marketing campaigns
Assist with consumer acquisition and retention efforts
Provide exceptional customer care and engage with clients directly
Take on leadership opportunities and hone networking skills
Collaborate with the Brand Ambassador team to plan and manage promotional activities
Contribute to brand awareness through campaign execution
Identify and assess customer needs, offering tailored solutions
Help generate new leads and nurture relationships with existing clients
Offer support to marketing associates on various projects and campaigns
What We’re Looking For
Full-time availability with flexibility for some weekend work
Ability to work independently and thrive in team environments
Willingness to travel as needed
Strong communication and public speaking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Self-motivated, problem-solving, and collaborative personality
