We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing /Social Media, & Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our communications and marketing efforts, helping to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for marketing, with the ability to contribute to various projects across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do:
Be the First Ambassador : Greet patients with a warm welcome that makes them feel right at home.
Master of Scheduling: Keep our calendar running smoothly and make sure our patients get in when they need to.
ClientCare & Spa Coordinator: Connect with clients to ensure quality care.
Marketing Maven: Help spread the word about our amazing practice and bring in new smiles through social media, community events and digital marketing.
Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and print advertising.
Support marketing automation initiatives by managing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials that drive engagement and conversions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform content marketing strategies.
Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to foster community interaction.
Help coordinate events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain an organized database of communications materials and performance reports.
What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional organization skills—multitasking is your middle name.
Strong communication skills—whether it’s in person, on the phone, or via email.
A passion for helping people and a love for all things anti-aging!
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including e-commerce, performance marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in analytics tools to track campaign performance
Excellent copywriting skills with an ability to create engaging content
Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to communications and marketing and anti-aging.

Pay: From $ 16-$18.00/hour/Assistant
$18-$20.00/hourAssociate
Schedule:
8 hour shift
