MBLM is looking for a Marketing Associate (Entry Level) to join their team in New York.

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll work closely with our team to support day-to-day marketing initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an aspiring marketer looking to make an impact in a fast-paced agency environment.
The role is full-time in our office.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent education)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing tools)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)
Comfort with content creation and collaborating with designers

Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials such as social media graphics, presentations, and sales collateral that align with our brand
Collaborate on content creation for email campaigns, website updates, and social media, including copywriting and use of visual assets
Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and target audiences to support marketing strategies
Help with tasks such as award submissions, maintaining marketing calendars, direct mail, and other initiatives
Provide creative input on marketing campaigns and assist in brainstorming sessions
