Marketing Associate This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to develop their skills in a

dynamic environment

. The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in campaigns, content creation, analytics, and more.

Responsibilities:

Middle East Expansion:  Assist in driving TKS’s growth in the Middle East by identifying opportunities,

building relationships

, and executing regional strategies. Increase Awareness:  Develop and implement marketing initiatives to highlight TKS Dubai’s mission and its strategic partnership with the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF). Partnership Outreach:  Support outreach initiatives with schools, youth organizations, and other partners. Conference Coordination:  Manage end-to-end logistics and produce compelling content to showcase TKS’s presence at key conferences and events.

Analytics and Reporting:  Assist with tracking and analyzing marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms like Hub Spot to assess campaign performance. General Support:  Provide general support to the marketing team, including organizing assets, managing databases, and maintaining marketing calendars.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Can demonstrate experience through projects and/or relevant work experience. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot), social media platforms, and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal

communication skills

. A creative mindset with the ability to contribute unique ideas.

Strong organizational skills and

attention to detail

. Proactive mindset and on-the-ball. Ability to adapt, figure things out, and thrive in a

fast-paced environment
