ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (Other duties may be assigned)
Responsible for managing all functions related to the development, implementation and performance of global branding and marketing strategies.
Develops and sets branding standards
Creates and manages the region’s PR/press program and presence, including pitching and drafting articles and working with trade industry editors to gain positive press exposure from growers to retailers for Fall Creek’s innovation, internal expertise and leading, products/varieties
Develops short- and long-range marketing objectives for Fall Creek and sets standards, tools and templates for the benefit of regions and business units
Leads the investigation and market analysis of market related data. Proposes changes to marketing and communication plans based on evaluations and analysis.
Develops and implements specific marketing plans and strategies (yet regionally flexible) as well as the materials needed to support them.
Oversees advertising campaigns, promotions, and trade show participation in accordance with the Company’s marketing plan.
Creates and manages Fall Creek’s external communications
What you bring to Fall Creek:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
10+ years marketing or design experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5+ years in a supervisory or management position with proven ability to manage, develop and mentor staff.
Understanding of graphic design, advertising, digital marketing, print production and social media.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Suite programs. Experience using applications such as Salesforce, Pardot, project management software, ExpressionEngine, and various social media platforms.
Ability to effectively present information in formal and informal settings.
Requires good judgment and the ability to positively influence team decision making.
Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with many interdependencies.
Effective oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize work within established guidelines and follow through on a variety of requests.
Must demonstrate professional and ethical business practices, adherence to company values, and a commitment to personal and professional development.
