We are seeking a

and outgoing Marketing Specialist to
join our team

. As a Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies, represent our company at industry events, and drive lead generation through conferences and
networking opportunities
.
This position requires occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to generate leads and build client relationships.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and
opportunities for growth
.
• Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential clients through
effective communication
and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
• Support social media and online marketing initiatives to boost
brand awareness
.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field (recent graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
• Exceptional
communication
and interpersonal skills; ability to “break the ice” and connect with people easily.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in public speaking.

Flexibility
and willingness to travel for events and conferences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, social media analytics, or email marketing software).
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Salary and

• Base salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year.
