Position: Marketing Associate (1 year contract)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Campaign Execution:
Assist in the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from conceptualization and planning to launch and post-campaign analysis.
Ensure campaigns meet deadlines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Event Coordination & Support:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events such as investor’s night, webinars, and promotional campaigns and activities.
Provide on-site event support, ensuring smooth logistics and positive attendee experiences.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging marketing content for multiple channels, including eDMs, corporate website, social media platforms, internal comms, and print materials.
Craft persuasive copy aligned with the company’s tone of voice and marketing objectives.
Produce visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics for marketing campaigns and events.
Generate performance reports and recommend strategies for
continuous improvement
.
Collaboration
& Stakeholder Management:
Work cross-functionally with teams such as RSM, OCET, internal and external agencies to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Foster
collaboration
between internal stakeholders to drive cohesive marketing efforts.
Continuous Learning
&
Innovation:
Stay updated on industry trends, new marketing tools, and emerging technologies.
Bring
innovative
ideas to the team to enhance marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing and event management.
Fresh graduates with the right mindset and enthusiasm will be considered.
Skills &
Competencies:
Strong written and verbal
communication skills
.
Exceptional project and time management abilities with keen
attention to detail
.
Creative thinker with a passion for marketing, branding, and storytelling.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics) is advantageous.
Photography and videography skills are a plus.
Self-starter with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a
collaborative team

Willingness to
work on selected weeknights and weekends based on the event schedule.
