Marketing Associate – San Wei Group
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – occasional travel to store locations)
Employment Type: Full-time
San Wei Group is a fast-growing hospitality company with exciting food concepts across New York and Connecticut, including Queens Center, Green Acres (opening soon), Grand Central, and Chomp Chomp at Danbury Fair Mall. We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Associate to support both digital and local marketing initiatives across all of our stores.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support store openings, promotions, and seasonal activations
Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging, on-brand content
Collaborate closely with in-store management to coordinate events and ensure cohesive branding
Lead local marketing efforts such as sampling events, flyering, and guerrilla campaigns
Build partnerships with mall marketing teams and local businesses for joint promotions
Set up and manage SMS and email marketing using platforms like Toast and Klaviyo
Analyze and report on the success of campaigns to improve future performance
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in food, hospitality, or retail
Excellent communication and content creation skills (Canva or Adobe Suite experience a plus)
Comfortable working with both headquarters and store-level teams
Proactive mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves for local activations
Familiarity with platforms like Toast, Klaviyo, or similar tools is a bonus
Based in NYC with flexibility for occasional travel to any of our store locations (Queens, Green Acres, Grand Central, and Danbury)
