Position Overview:We are currently seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our brand presence across various digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment. Your responsibilities will include social media management, content creation, and maintaining fund details on industry databases and platforms.
Responsibilities:Social Media Management
Implement comprehensive social media strategy, optimising our presence across multiple platforms Produce and edit content including graphic design and marketing collateralCreate engaging and shareable content, tailored to each platform’s audience, to drive brand awareness and audience growthMonitor and analyse social media performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvementManage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content scheduling, community management, and monitoring of key performance metrics to optimise engagementMonitor website analytics and user behaviour, making data-driven recommendations for improvement and growth
Portfolio Marketing Support
Support portfolio companies with PR announcements
Collaborate with the investment and portfolio team to highlight portfolio company successes and key milestones on social media
Branding Alignment and Platform Management
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms, including industry databases, press releases and relevant online resources
Regularly update fund details, portfolio company information to maintain accuracy
Monitor and analyse platform performance, making recommendations for improvement and maximising visibility
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency across various platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for storytelling
Proficient in web analytics tools, social media management tools, and other relevant marketing technologies
Proficient in design tools such as Figma/ Canva/ Powerpoint, and website creation tools such as Webflow/Wix/ Squarespace/ Framer
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
B2B Positioning:Understand and implement effective B2B marketing strategies tailored for the maritime industry. No prior maritime knowledge is necessary, but the ability to position our brand and portfolio effectively within this sector is crucial.
