Responsibilities:
Generate Referrals for Home Care Services: Develop and implement effective home care sales strategies to identify and engage potential referral sources, including doctor offices , clinics, hospitals, community centers ,and assisted living facilities, to drive the acquisition of new clients.
Liaise with Health Professionals: Act as a liaison between our agency and healthcare professionals, building strong relationships and effectively communicating the value of our home care services.
Sales Calls and Presentations: Conduct informative and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and referral sources, showcasing the benefits of our caregiver services and addressing any inquiries.
Support Business Development: Assist in developing and implementing business development initiatives to expand our agency’s market presence and enhance referral relationships.
Collaborate with Regional Manager: Work closely with the Regional Manager to align marketing and sales efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving organizational goals.

Salary will be based and determined on experience
The salary base range will be from 30k-35k annually, plus a bonus based on performance.
