Alfred Williams & Company is seeking a talented Marketing Graphic Designer with a proven ability to translate conceptual ideas into impactful visual content. As a key member of our team, youll create compelling digital and print assets that engage our audience and consistently reinforce our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop digital assets that align with sales strategies, including captivating social media imagery.
Design print marketing materialssuch as proposals and training documentsthat clearly communicate our messaging and brand.
Create branded collateral for events and client interactions to elevate our presence and engagement.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining visual and messaging integrity.
Build brand awareness through social media campaigns by establishing goals, timelines, and executing strategies for maximum impact.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); experience with Prezi is a plus.
Familiarity with interactive content platforms like Ceros is beneficial but not required.
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset for developing creative ideas.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working across departments.
A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
