We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a mix of marketing strategy, graphic design, and content creation to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, digital and print advertising, social media management, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding
Develop and execute digital and print marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and customer acquisition.
Conduct market research to identify trends and inform marketing strategies.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Graphic & Content Creation
Design marketing materials, including brochures, ads, email campaigns, and web content.
Create engaging social media posts and newsletters to drive audience interaction.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print assets.
Social Media & Digital Presence
Oversee social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging and visually appealing content.
Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
Manage and update the company website (WordPress or similar CMS).
Administrative & Client Engagement
Assist with client interactions, scheduling, and customer service.
Track marketing campaign performance and generate reports with key insights.
Support sales efforts through effective marketing collateral and presentations.
Requirements
✔ Graphic Design Expertise – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
✔ Marketing & Social Media Knowledge – Experience in content marketing, social media management, and digital campaigns.
✔ Copywriting & Content Creation – Ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy for different platforms.
✔ Website & Email Marketing – Experience with WordPress, basic HTML, and email marketing tools.
✔ Strong Analytical & Organizational Skills – Ability to analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
✔ Bilingual (Preferred) – Spanish fluency is a plus, due to a large Hispanic client base.
