About the Role:
As a Marketing Automation Executive, you will:
âš¡ Develop and execute email marketing & automation campaigns.
Set up lead nurturing workflows to enhance customer engagement.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize automation strategies.
Work with CRM tools and automation platforms to streamline marketing efforts.
Ensure segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing for better conversions.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1-3 years of experience in marketing automation.
✅ Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo,WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap or similar platforms.
✅ Strong understanding of email marketing, lead scoring, and customer journeys.
✅ Experience with Google Analytics & reporting dashboards is a plus.
✅ A data-driven mindset with a knack for optimizing engagement & conversions.
