The Lifecycle Marketing Associate, Uqora (Retention & Lifecycle Support) will be instrumental in creating engaging and empathetic strategies that focus on building lasting connections with Uqora’s existing customers, fostering brand loyalty, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will help craft and implement targeted communications across email, SMS, and other channels, with a particular emphasis on building strong customer journeys that resonate with customers’ needs and experiences. will be instrumental in creating engaging and empathetic strategies that focus on building lasting connections with Uqora’s existing customers, fostering brand loyalty, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for designing and executing creative, customer-centric campaigns that not only promote repeat business but also build lasting brand loyalty. The Lifecycle Marketing Associate, Uqora will actively contribute to ongoing initiatives and support growth targets through data-driven decision-making and creative communication strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring experience working with email service providers (ESPs) like Klaviyo, Simon, or similar platforms, and have exposure to customer data platforms (CDPs). Experience with eCommerce, subscription-based services, or consumer-facing marketing in the CPG sector is highly desirable. The Lifecycle Marketing Associate, Uqora reports to the Sr. Retention Marketing Manager, Uqora.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Campaign Execution & Management: Assist in designing and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns, with a deep understanding of the customer journey at every stage. Ensure campaigns resonate with customers by aligning content (both written and visual) with customer experiences and emotions. Leverage customer empathy, insights from call-downs, and cross-functional collaboration to craft messages that engage and build customer loyalty.
Content Creation & Messaging: Develop and craft engaging, on-brand content for email, SMS, and other customer communication channels. Ensure all content is tailored to meet the specific needs and emotions of our target audience at each stage of the customer journey. This includes writing compelling copy and creating visual assets that drive engagement, build trust, and support long-term customer loyalty. Collaborate with the Creative, Brand, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
System Management & Updates: Collaborate with the Sr. Manager and other team members to update, manage, and test email/SMS systems and related platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, etc.). Ensure that all workflows are optimized and functioning correctly, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Assist in setting up and monitoring A/B tests for various lifecycle marketing campaigns. Analyze results and provide insights on ways to improve campaign performance, driving greater customer engagement and lifetime value.
Collaboration with Customer Success (CS): Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand customer feedback, pain points, and key insights. Collaborate to incorporate these insights into marketing efforts to ensure campaigns are closely aligned with the customer’s needs and contribute to reducing churn and increasing retention.
Regulatory & Compliance Coordination: Support the submission of marketing content through DRA/legal review processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline approvals while maintaining efficiency in campaign execution.
Platform & Tool Support: Maintain shared ownership of key tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Recharge). Support the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and Sr. Manager in troubleshooting any issues and implementing platform updates.
Performance Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics for retention campaigns, including customer LTV, repeat rates, churn, and engagement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in eCommerce, subscription services, or B2C marketing.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with ESPs (Klaviyo, Simon, or others) and familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs).
Experience working with lifecycle marketing tools and systems for email and SMS campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on insights.
Experience with A/B testing and optimization of digital campaigns.
Basic understanding of privacy laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CCPA).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

National Target Base Pay Range: $69,000 – $113,000
The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $69,000 – $113,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.
Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.

Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
