As we expand our social media offerings, we are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to lead our organic social efforts and ensure our clients’ success.
Role Overview:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing organic social strategies for our clients, overseeing freelancer contributions, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality performance across all social media initiatives. You will work under the Performance Creative Manager, helping shape the future of the agency’s social media services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Implement Social Strategies: Create and execute organic social media strategies tailored to each client’s business goals.
Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering high-quality social content.
Freelancer Oversight: Manage and review work from freelance social media specialists, ensuring all content aligns with strategy, brand voice, and quality standards.
Content Planning & Execution: Oversee content calendars, ensuring consistent, engaging, and data-driven social media output across platforms.
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience interactions, ensuring timely and thoughtful engagement that builds brand loyalty.
Performance Analysis: Track KPIs and provide clients with insights and recommendations to improve organic social performance using analytics tools.
UGC Management: Oversee and manage communication for user-generated content (UGC) through online platforms like Billo and similar services to source high-quality brand content.
Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce top-tier social media content and stay ahead of industry trends.

Experience and Skills:
3+ years of experience in social media strategy and management, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) and emerging trends.
Experience managing client accounts and delivering successful organic social campaigns.
Ability to oversee and provide constructive feedback to freelancers.
Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
Experience using AgencyAnalytics, HeyOrca, and UGC platforms like Billo is a plus.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
