Job Description

This position will focus on supporting our Brand Marketing Coordinator to bring the brand to life for our fans in new and exciting ways. Our ideal candidate for the Brand Marketing Seasonal Assistant role will be innovative, driven by a passion for staying ahead of the curve, and deeply attuned to the ever-evolving cultural landscape. They will work cohesively with multiple stakeholders across the Chiefs organization to build and execute meaningful programming that make our fans the focus, while also attracting new fans by targeting key groups in a strategic way.

Responsibilities

A key contributor in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to elevate the Kansas City Chiefs brand.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels.

Plan and execute events and promotional activities for Kingdom Kids and Kingdom Pet Pack members.

Act as a representative of the Chiefs when communicating with fans.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Assist with research related to domestic market growth/expansion and be the voice of the fan in all planning sessions.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for fan and brand growth.

Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Assist with escorting influencers and special guests on gamedays.

Hours Required

40 hours per week and events/game days.

Qualifications/Skills

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Previous experience with planning large-scale events.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

An open and innovative mind, easily adaptable to various settings and audiences.

Qualified candidates must possess superior organizational skills and be able to function in a fast-paced, multi-task setting.

Must have a working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office programs: Teams. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
