Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute imaginative, results-driven marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print channels.
In collaboration with the head of growth, develop direct response marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies to drive conversion
Plan, schedule, and post social media content, actively engaging with audiences to build brand awareness and loyalty.
Design marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital assets, using tools like Canva and other creative platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals and timelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed with accuracy and within deadlines.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, creating detailed reports to measure ROI and optimize future strategies.
Assist with event marketing strategies, including pre-event promotions, onsite branding, and post-event follow-ups.
Work with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to enhance creative output and campaign reach.
Provide administrative support for the new market team, including organizing campaign calendars and tracking budgets.
Ability to travel to events and willingness to “roll up the sleeves’ and help sales team with event setup, execution and breakdown (as needed – likely once a month)
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign creation and management.
Proven experience managing social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Skilled in graphic design using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and refine campaigns accordingly.
Excellent project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing engaging, out-of-the-box marketing content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and copywriting abilities.
Experience with marketing automation and AI tools is a big plus.
Bilingual Spanish is a big plus and preferred.
Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%).
Compensation:
Salary Range: $55,000 – $68,500 annually (commensurate with experience).
