We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives in our assisted living community. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze market trends to drive growth and enhance our brand presence in the senior care space. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing census in the assisted living community and fostering relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
Manage sales, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Foster strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new client acquisition through outside sales efforts.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership role within sales and marketing, preferably in the senior care/assisted living industry.
Strong understanding of business development principles and sales processes.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
