We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist to join our expanding Sweet Tea Marketing & Printing team. This role involves a blend of marketing development, requiring excellent organizational skills, time management, and a strong work ethic. Summary:

This role focuses on managing digital marketing channels, optimizing website performance, and handling client communication and project management.

Responsibilities:

Initial website design for clients.
Manage and update websites for the agency and clients.
Optimize website content and structure for SEO.
Ensure website security and performance.
Troubleshoot website issues.
Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
Manage Google My Business profiles for the agency and clients.
Coordinate digital advertising campaigns.
Run pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
Track and analyze digital marketing performance.
Implement email marketing campaigns.
Communicate with clients regarding project updates, needs, and feedback.

Help with the creation and revision of proposals.
Assist with client onboarding and project kickoff meetings.
Assist with project management and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with troubleshooting website and software issues.

Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in a digital marketing role, preferably 1+ years.
Strong understanding of website management, SEO, and digital advertising principles.
Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
