We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Coordinator / Assistant Manager (LINE GIFT)

to drive sales growth and revenue for LINE GIFT Thailand, a digital gifting platform within the LINE ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing TH LINE GIFT and creating sales-driven campaigns that encourage gifting purchases and maximize the revenue. This role requires you to track campaign performance, optimize the onsite experience, and develop innovative gifting moments that inspire purchases and support business success.

Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Sales-driven Campaigns: Plan and launch campaigns that directly drive sales and revenue growth for LINE GIFT. This includes seasonal promotions, coupon mechanics, and innovative campaign ideas designed to increase conversion rates and boost GMV.

Create Innovative Gifting Moments: Proactively generate ideas for unique gifting opportunities that can resonate with different customer segments; create compelling stories and promotions that turn everyday moments into special gifting occasions and drive higher transaction volumes

Collaborate with Merchant Partners: Work closely with business development teams to design assortments and promotional offers that maximize the appeal of the merchants’ products; negotiate and develop exclusive offers, bundles, and discounts that drive purchases within the LINE GIFT platform; ensure that onsite and campaigns are set up for success with strong execution and clear communication to merchants and internal stakeholders

Analyze Campaign Performance: Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of all onsite and campaigns; track key metrics such as GMV, conversion rates, user engagement, and ROI (if budget is used) to assess the effectiveness

Work Cross-functionally: Collaborate with LINE GIFT content creators, business development team, and marketing communication team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and maintain consistency across all marketing channels

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field

2-5 years of experience in sales-driven campaign planning, digital marketing, or e-commerce

Strong understanding of digital sales strategies and consumer behavior

Experience with merchant partnerships and creating joint promotions or offers

Proven track record of creating innovative campaigns that drive direct sales and enhance user engagement

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and optimize campaigns accordingly

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage budgets

Strong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners

Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus.
