OVERALL ROLE:

The Product and Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to enhance the Innotex brand, drive product awareness, and support overall sales efforts. This role leverages social media, trade shows, conferences, and branded collateral to strengthen brand positioning within the flexible packaging industry. Additionally, the role involves market analytics and go-to-market strategies to drive targeted business growth. This position will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams and will be customer-facing at times, playing a key role in bringing new products to market.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop Marketing Strategies: Design and implement marketing strategies to achieve organizational growth and brand awareness.
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer behavior studies to refine marketing strategies.
Data Analysis: Analyze industry data, identify strategic markets, and track key trends to inform marketing initiatives.
Brand Management: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns to enhance industry recognition and brand positioning.
Content Development: Create and manage marketing materials, including social media content, blog posts, print materials, and other brand communications.
Product Strategy: Develop, communicate, and execute a product roadmap, go-to-market approach, and ongoing product training for the Sales team.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with technical, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch execution.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze product and brand performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Event Coordination: Plan and manage marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Proven experience in marketing, including communications, branding, and go-to-market strategies. Experience in the flexible packaging industry is a plus.
Skills: Strong analytical and creative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing software, CRM tools, and web analytics platforms.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
Willingness to travel up to 40% (ranging from 25%–40% depending on business needs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
