WHAT’S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As our Community Outreach – Marketing Coordinator, your mornings start with a quick review of the upcoming events-maybe it’s a wellness fair, a business collaboration, or a health talk. You coordinate with our doctors to ensure everything is prepped, and then you’re off! Most of your time is spent out in the community, meeting with business owners, promoting upcoming events, and sparking interest in our wellness services. You’ll engage with attendees, sign up new patients, and work behind the scenes to ensure events run smoothly. No two days are the same, and every interaction you have is an opportunity to make an impact.

WHAT’S NEEDED FROM A COMMUNITY OUTREACH – MARKETING COORDINATOR?
This role offers a flexible schedule of 34 hours weekly, with weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings, to accommodate for community events and outreach activities.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Marketing experience
Public speaking experience or experience presenting at events
Proficiency with Google, YouTube, and social media platforms
Comfortable initiating outreach calls to local businesses and community members
Ability to manage event scheduling, preparation, and coordination
Preferred: Qualifications:
Customer service or high-paced work experience
