Our Connetico business is looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to come on board and join our incredibly talented Marketing team. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our small, collaborative team of marketing coordinators. You will have the opportunity to work across 4 different company brands covering areas of digital innovation in Cloud migration and modernisation, AI, Data, security and project services.
D6 Consulting, Arinco and Cevo all sit under the Connetico umbrella.
This role will enable you to not only work on a variety of marketing projects but also provide an opportunity to bring your innovative ideas to the table.
This is a maternity cover 12-month contract with an opportunity for extension
What Will Your Role And Responsibilities Be
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for a range of exciting projects, including:
Social media
Own and manage LinkedIn profiles for all four brands
Develop and execute social content strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
Work with other marketing coordinators to create and manage content calendars
Create engaging, high-quality content aligned with our three key audiences, customers, partners and talent
Occasionally run paid social campaigns, including developing and managing targeted LinkedIn advertising
Monitor and respond to comments, inquiries, and brand interactions
Track and report on social media engagement
Events
Plan and coordinate external customer and partner events, managing logistics, venue selection, materials, catering, registration, event promotion and on-site execution
Support post-event follow-ups, including attendee engagement and performance reporting
Manage internal (staff) events, collaborating with People & Culture to support branding, event materials, catering, and logistics
What Experience & Skills Are We Looking For
2-4 years of B2B marketing experience (preferably in tech, but not required)
Creative and strategic thinker with strong communication and automation skills
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and social media best practices
Event coordination experience
Passionate and excited about working in the IT industry
Melbourne based position
