SUMMARY
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing co Ordinator to join our growing marketing department. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in an all-rounder marketing role, then we want to work with you. Your work will include preparing presentations, monitoring digital platforms, general admin, event coordination, collating of the monthly newsletter and conducting market analysis.
In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following:
·        Support marketing campaign and execution
·        Assist with daily administrative duties
·        Participate in marketing brainstorm sessions
·        Assist in the creation of written, video and image content for various marketing channels
·        Take part in formal and informal training sessions
·        Assist with social media posting across all platforms
·        Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback
·        Support the marketing team with marketing campaigns
·        Help with planning and hosting marketing events
·        Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
·        Seo and Sem background will be advantageous
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
·        Diploma or Degree in Relevant field
·        Marketing Diploma or Degree
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·  3 years work experience is essential however and understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, search engine optimisation and website content/design would be advantageous
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
·        Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
·        Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·        Must have a passion for marketing.
·        Outstanding multitasking abilities.
