Chubb is seeking a proactive Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support our efforts in Spain and Portugal. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting marketing and communications initiatives to drive business goals. To be successful in this role you will already have gained some experience in a marketing and communications role but you are still learning and now looking to take on more responsibility, while continuing to hone your skills in marcomms. You are proactively curious about our business and you are keen to learn about the products and services that we provide and how we best can support our business stakeholders to be successful.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager Iberia and working with colleagues across the EMEA region, this is a diverse MarComms role at a world leader in insurance with responsibilities ranging from internal & external communications, social media, digital, campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will display determination for achieving results and be excited about working in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Internal comms: drive engagement, prepare newsletters, write articles, organise internal events

Support organisation and planning of external events

Writing external communications

Liaising with press to promote company expertise

Lead social media locally

Competitor studies

Creating and updating marketing materials (factsheets, brochures, videos, presentations)

Work with internal and external stakeholders to launch marketing campaigns

Updating websites

Coordinate Merchandise

Qualifications

The role will require that you

Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.

Studies in Marketing and Communications, or similar.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.

Digitally at ease (previous experience updating websites, emailings and familiarity with social media)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)

Experience with Indesign and/or Canva is desirable

Are eager to learn and are driven

A native Spanish teacher and C1 in English and proficient in other european languages (Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, German)
