Logidis Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing/Communication Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and execute communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote our services.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote the services of the company.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and implement campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and create cohesive communication materials.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to evaluate the sales proposals against market standards, including product offerings, services, and pricing compared to competitors.
Develop the annual marketing budget and manage expenses throughout the year to ensure alignment with financial goals.
Ensure corporate brand standards are maintained across all levels, including employee interactions, advertising, uniforms, customer communications, presentations, and internal and external communications.
Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities that align with the company’s brand and goals.
Update all marketing KPIs on a monthly basis and present reports to management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Communications/ Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in a communication or marketing role, preferably within the logistics industry.
OTHER PREREQUISITES
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
