The purpose of your role as a Marketing + Communications Administrator

As a Marketing + Communications Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting sales, business development and executive leadership by creating written materials and assisting in the proposal process as well as additional market efforts, ensuring these tools meet the goals and objectives of the company. Supports Harris Marketing + Communications efforts by developing, producing and maintaining proposal, prequalification and interview materials for RFPs, assists with social media efforts and as a communications generalist who supports efforts of the entire team.

What we’re looking for in you

3+ years of experience writing and editing for publication, coordinating complex projects – either gained in an education or professional environment
3+ years of proven experience with one or more digital marketing channels: social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing or website management
3+ years of customer Relationship Management (CRM) or equivalent experience
3+ years of company website management
Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Journalism, Creative Writing, or related

Pay Range: $55,476 – $83,214 per year

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
