Duties
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns across multiple platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
Manage content updates on the company website using WordPress.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online graphics.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Support advertising initiatives by coordinating ad placements and tracking performance.
Requirements
Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with HTML for basic web updates and email formatting.
Experience with performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials is highly desirable.
Excellent research skills to gather relevant data for informed decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
