About the role:

As Nira’sMarketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy to effectively communicate the technical value of our software to prospective and existing customers. You will collaborate closely with our commercial, product, and engineering teams to create engaging marketing content, manage our online presence, and support our presence at industry events.

What you’ll do

Engage withNira subject-matter experts to gather insights about Nira products, the energy industry and our customers. Then, collaborate with the Commercial team to transform these insights into compelling marketing content (e.g., slide decks, brochures, technical papers, videos).

Develop and execute a cohesive social media content strategy, including relevant posts and targeted advertising on LinkedIn.

Develop and manage a cohesive communication strategy for existing customers to provide product updates, thought leadership and best practices.

Keep the Nira website up to date with fresh content, new product releases, and technical case studies. Monitor web analytics to gauge performance and identify improvement areas.

Collaborate with the Commercial Team and existing customers to develop testimonials, case studies, and other content that highlights how customers derive value from Nira’s products.

Track and prioritize relevant conferences, trade shows, and speaking opportunities. Coordinate event logistics (booth setup, collateral, travel, networking events, etc) and support the team’s networking outreach before, during, and after events.

Collaborate with company leadership and the Commercial team to refine and implement a branding strategy that resonates with renewable energy developers and industry stakeholders.

About you:

4+ years of experience in the energy industry(renewable developers, electric utilities, power systems, or related)

Demonstrable ability totranslate complex technical conceptsinto accessible marketing content

Proficiencywith social media strategy and execution (especially LinkedIn)

Self-starterwho can operate autonomously and takes ownership of projects from start to finish

Excellent communicationand collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across multiple teams (commercial, engineering, product, leadership)
