Position Overview:
As aninnovativehealth technology firm, RxSense is continuously developing and launching new products and services. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager to create and execute marketing communications strategies that increasebrand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This role focuses on overseeing and developing marketing content, managing multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all external communications.
This position also requires strongproject managementskills, as the Marcom Manager will oversee the execution of various campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and resources are aligned with organizational goals. The ability to track performance metrics and report on marketing activities is crucial for optimizing strategies and demonstrating campaign effectiveness.
You will work closely with external partners, and internal stakeholders, including executive management, sales, product marketing, brand marketing, and communications teams. The ideal candidate will be strategic, creative, analytical, and execution-minded, with the ability to thrive in adynamic,fast-paced environment.
This position reports directly to the VP, Integrated Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated B2B marketing communications strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
Provide strong writing and editing support for the development of marketing content, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communicating complex solutions to target audiences.
Maintain a comprehensive style guide that defines the brand’s tone, voice, and language usage, ensuring consistency across all written communications and marketing materials.
Support the development and distribution of digital content across social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
Collaborate withcross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and ExecutiveLeadership, to ensure marketing materials align with overall business objectives and product messaging.
Provide tactical support in managing digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media, and paid search, to increase engagement and generate leads.
Collaborate on internal communications strategies to ensure alignment between internal messaging and external marketing efforts.
Serve as a subject matter expert for crafting thoughtleadershippieces and content that positions RxSense as an industry leader.
