About Us – Cardinal Senior Care
We help seniors live independently at home. As we grow, we need a passionate sales pro to represent our brand and drive referrals across San Antonio.
What You’ll Do:
Build relationships with hospitals, senior centers, and providers
Travel locally to meet contacts, give presentations, and attend events
Generate and convert leads into new clients
Plan weekly territory goals and hit monthly growth targets (10+ new clients/month)
Represent us at community events and networking groups
Join weekly sales meetings to track progress
You Are:
✅ A self-starter with strong communication and people skills
✅ Goal-driven, confident, and full of energy
✅ Great at networking and building lasting partnerships
✅ Independent and organized in the field
✅ Passionate about helping others, especially seniors
Qualifications:
2+ years in sales or business development (healthcare/senior care a plus)
Proven track record of hitting targets
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Flexible schedule, including occasional after-hours events
