With a growing demand for our promotional marketing, sales and fundraising services, we are hiring a full-time Charity Fundraising Representative to join our team.

Daily Responsibilities:
Engage with members of the community at various indoor and outdoor event locations with the goal of generating awareness and revenue on behalf of the non-profits we represent
Customizing sales presentations to align with the donor’s interests and values, showing how their specific donation would be impactful.
Keeping detailed records of each potential donor’s interest, donation history, and communication.
Closing the sale by getting the donor to formally commit to making a donation
Adjusting fundraising techniques and messaging based on donor behavior or market conditions.
Working closely with other team members to ensure fundraising campaigns and sales strategies are aligned.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Philanthropy experience, charity experience or any form of helping others!
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Position Overview:
Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position
Pay: Base rate of $12 an hour or 50% commission of total funds generated
Hours: This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 30-40 hours per week
Location: This position will be based out of our office and a single assigned event location.
Position: All associates will be working face to face with prospective donors
Clients: We work with Non-Profits, engaging with prospective donors with the goal of generating funding and awareness for their charitable causes

Pay: $500.00 – $1,000.00 per week
