You’re a part of our agency technology team that brings world class solutions to our Story Makers from a technical support perspective. This position encompasses two main areas of responsibility: software licensing and being the liaison between our end-users and technology groups at GMR and our parent company, Omnicom.

To thrive in this role, you have a technical aptitude, are familiar with software licenses, and have experience troubleshooting unique situations which may involve collaborating with other teams to get to the best solution.

This position requires employees to work remote and on-site at GMR’s headquarters in New Berlin, WI.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical Aptitude. You are joining this team with a background in technical problem solving, and have experience utilizing a ITSM platform, and managing software licenses. Joining the team with this relevant experience will allow you to jump in seamlessly and provide immediate support, bringing new ideas to the table to be as efficient as possible in working with software licenses, and troubleshooting Ad Hoc requests.
Collaboration. You are a professional written and verbal communicator and see value in partnering with other teams. This is important since you will be partnering consistently with agency technology leadership, and members of multiple teams including Assets, Service Desk, Governance, Risk, and Compliance as needed. You could also be supporting HR with unique technology needs within employee onboarding, offboarding and transfers and working with Procure to Pay when needing to purchase or renew software licenses.
Attention to Detail. You take a meticulous approach when balancing multiple projects simultaneously, making sure to stay organized regarding large and small details. This is important specifically with the software licensing responsibility, because if something is entered incorrectly it could impact employee’s or teams’ access to their necessary systems, causing a major inconvenience and potential business impact.
Curious. When troubleshooting technical issues, you collaborate with your team to identify the best solution by asking insightful questions. Once you have the necessary information, you take initiative and move forward with the most effective course of action independently.
System proficiency. You have intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience using a ITSM platform.
In-Office Support. You enjoy being onsite to provide support when agency leaders or departments are hosting meetings or events on-site that may need your support.

The annual range for this role varies between $46,000-$52,000 annually and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time.
