As a Digital Media Specialist, this position plays a pivotal role in capturing and conveying the essence of our organization, as well as the diverse narratives of our employees, donors, volunteers, interns, and clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end production of high-quality videos for diverse platforms and purposes
Capture and curate engaging photo content that reflects the culture of Project Harmony
Develop creative and captivating social media content, including videos and images
Collaborate on scriptwriting and concept planning for video projects, ensuring alignment with voice and tone
Responsible for podcast operations, including mastery of podcasting software, developing/maintaining podcast schedule, promoting new episodes, and analyzing listener feedback
Actively participate in team discussions regarding campaigns and strategies
Adhere to brand and logo guidelines while creating visual content
Support marketing specialist with visual-related tasks to enhance storytelling
Contribute to various graphic design projects, such as posters, event graphics, and online ads
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize campaigns
Work closely throughout our team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Support other team members as needed and contribute to team projects and initiatives
Setup, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns
Schedule and publish content across social media channels
Monitor and report on website traffic and other digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics
Stay up-to-date with industry technologies, and best practices. Apply insights to continuously improve our digital media efforts
Ensure culturally competent services are provided to all families we serve without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status, disability, gender or sexual orientation

Requirements:
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree preferred in Videography & Photography or equivalent experience preferred
Google AdWords Certification Preferred
Drone License Preferred
Experience and Training
3 + years demonstrated experience in videography, photography, and video editing
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva
Familiarity with Google Analytics for data-driven insights
Working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube)
Experience with Facebook ads management
Basic understanding of SEO principles
Strong understanding of media production processes and best practices
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering creativity and innovation
Strong communication skills, with the capacity to articulate and convey visual concepts effectively
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without loss of quality
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Embrace constructive feedback from leadership
High level of professionalism and ethical standards
Complete other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Complete training necessary to perform position and necessary for professional growth

Must have access to a vehicle, possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
Position may involve some travel, primarily within the state
