DTiQ is seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign and Social Media Manager to support DTiQ’s growth agenda by developing, executing and optimizing lead generation campaigns through a variety of channels in paid and organic digital environments. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation and Account Based Marketing (ABM), the successful candidate will be part of a team with a growth mindset targeting new logos and expanding the existing customer base. This professional will manage social and campaign platforms being responsible for digital lead journey cycle, inbound and outbound digital tactics seeking for conversion growth
As Digital Campaign and Social Media Manager, this person will identify the best digital campaign practices in the market to make DTiQ stand out in digital paid platforms; will plan, execute, manage, and measure campaigns and the budget associated with them. This professional will review, assign, and optimize campaigns, and will manage all web analytics tools to analyze campaign performance. This position also works with the Content Strategist to align SEM and SEO strategy to empower the paid campaigns to make sure the programs are integrated. This person will manage the social media channels, spearheading the creation and maintenance of our brand promotions; plan and launch social media campaigns; engage with customers and became the connection of all the digital company engagement data. It is expected that this person will create the digital calendar for organic and paid initiatives to integrate them across other marketing programs such as events, customer marketing, field marketing and sales operation. As a cross-function position, the Digital Campaign and Social Media Manager will work with a variety of areas like marketing, sales, operations, product, customer experience, implementation, and support and for that reason is expected that this person has a collaborative mindset able to manage different expectations internally and externally.
The Role
Develop, implement, and measure digital demand and lead generation campaigns focused on top of the funnel to support solid sales pipeline growth
Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, product, content, design, field marketing and operations; align growth initiatives with business goals, ensuring a seamless lead journey and maximizing conversions from the different lead creation channels
Work with the Field & Customer Marketing Manager, the Event’s Manager and the Content Strategist to create the digital company campaign calendar fostering one integrated plan
Identify market trends to create optimized campaigns – paid and organic – to successfully engage with our target Ideal Customer Profile
Proficiency in using and managing web analytics and data tools such as – Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo (Marketing OS/Sales OS) – willing to integrate the data and its variety of deliverables such as audience creation and maintenance, assets, and campaign performance.
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy – organic and paid – across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
Work close to the Sales Ops Manager to document, optimize and track the lead journey with a well mapped flow for hand off depending on the lead (lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunity) and sales stage (Prospect/Customer)
Contribute to the full marketing organization with data and insights to support new initiatives and programs that help to optimize tailored campaigns.
Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting strategy and tactics, utilizing A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
Work close to the Content Strategist to align SEO and SEM strategy as a one company engagement
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
Execute on performance and programmatic advertising campaigns to reach target audiences across various digital channels, including display, video, social and native ad
Develop and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports based on the variety of demand generation platforms such as, but not limited to Meta, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Ads/Analytics, Outreach.
The Ideal Candidate
5+ years of digital marketing experience working in a fast-growing, B2B, technology vertical
5+ years’ experience in social media, developing organic and paid strategies across multiple social media platforms
Experience running campaigns and programs that directly drive lead generation, conversion and pipeline growth by using modern marketing tools applied into a variety of channels is required
Proven experience in working with platforms such as, but not limited to: HubSpot, Google Ads/Analytics, Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn (organic and paid) is required
Proficiency in managing social media as a lead generation and conversional platform
Experience in marketing for Restaurants (QSR)/FSR and Retail Industry is highly desired
Expertise in understanding data, storytelling, and cross channel execution able to create a customer-centric experience
Knowing SEO and SEM platforms will be a plus
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, digital, business or related fields
Skills and Knowledge:
Driven by data to develop new demand generation campaigns; optimize the active ones.
Able to negotiate timeline within organizations keeping the productivity, efficiency and trust in place, besides the fast-paced environment
Minimum knowledge of data integration to support the process of integrating different platforms for fast data usage
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to track campaigns, scale success, and maximize effectiveness
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to clearly communicate technical information.
