This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic, experienced professional to lead our digital presence and advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will blend creativity, strategy, and technical expertise to enhance brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive lead generation.
Social Media Management
· Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand visibility and engagement.
· Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
· Engage with audiences professionally and promptly, fostering a positive online community.
· Analyze social media metrics, reporting performance, and optimizing strategies.
· Coordinate collaborations with influencers, managing contracts and payments.
Digital Advertising Management
· Plan and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) and other digital ads.
· Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
· Monitor campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS) and adjust to maximize effectiveness.
· Coordinate ad creative development to ensure brand consistency.
Vendor and Partner Liaison
· Manage relationships with digital advertising vendors (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms).
· Collaborate with website vendors for SEO, functionality, and landing page optimization.
· Coordinate with traditional media partners for TV, radio, and print advertising.
Website Management
· Attend weekly meetings with the website team.
· Work with our marketing team to monitor website performance, ensuring updated and engaging content.
Additional Responsibilities
· Take on additional tasks as needed to support the marketing department or other firm initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and a strong team-player attitude.
