Job Summary:
The role also involves developing and executing a comprehensive marketing
communication
strategy that strengthens brand positioning, engages target audiences, generate prospective leads, and drives business growth for a growing Real estate & Development company involved in development of premium villa ,Apartments & Commercial spaces in Coimbatore . By leveraging an integrated, multi-channel approach, the manager will ensure consistency in messaging and maximize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across digital, print, public relations, and other
communication
platforms, As per corporate standards.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Research:
Conduct marketing research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to form IMC strategies.
Develop data-driven IMC plans, aligning marketing campaigns with business goals.
Assess emerging consumer trends and digital innovations to enhance brand
communication
.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to define messaging that resonates with target segments.
Planning & Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Assist in the development of marketing budgets and track marketing expenditures.
Identify target audiences and develop effective marketing campaigns.
Provide recommendations on pricing, product positioning, and promotional activities.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze marketing data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Present research findings and marketing plans to
senior management
.
Utilize data visualization tools to communicate complex data effectively.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
Collaborate with external research agencies and vendors.
Coordinate with the sales team to gather customer feedback and market intelligence.
Other
Duties
:
Stay up to date on real estate market trends.
Maintain organized records of research and planning documentation.
Qualifications:
PhD / MBA or PGP in Management Specialized in Marketing, or a related field from Reputed B-Schools.
3-5 years of experience in marketing research and planning, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
.
Excellent
communication
and presentation skills.
Proficiency in market research tools and techniques.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
