Job Description
We are looking for a contract Marketing Consultant with a strong focus onsales and marketing executionto join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing effective LinkedIn ad strategies, crafting compelling ad creative and email messaging, managing social media channels, and driving results through targeted campaigns. In addition, they will play a key role in supporting overall sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Campaign Management:
Develop, launch, and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns
Create engaging ad copy, visuals, and messaging tailored to the target audience.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Provide regular reporting on campaign performance with actionable insights.
Sales and Marketing Email Management
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
Develop and manage outbound sales email campaigns tailored to target audiences.
Performance Reporting and Insights:
Track key metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and overall marketing impact.
Present detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvement
Social Media Management:
Create engaging copy, visuals and messaging tailored to the target audience to drive engagement.
Maintain up to date content calendar
Present detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
Proven experience in LinkedIn advertising and campaign management.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing workflows.
Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools, such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
Exceptional skills in ad copywriting, content creation, and audience targeting.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in financial services marketing.
Familiarity with Hubspot and marketing automation tools.
Ability to create and present detailed campaign reports.
Additional Details:
This role is a contract position. Willow is located in the Greater Boston area and maintain ET hours.
