We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will bring a passion for all things marketing for LEE Building Products as a whole, event planning assistance, expertise with Creative Suites software, and a keen attention to detail to help execute impactful marketing strategies.
Job Overview: As a Marketing & Content Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns and managing multiple projects at once. You will work closely with the Marketing & Content Manager to create visually engaging content for websites, social media, inner-company communications, tradeshows and more. In this role you will also need to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials and assist in coordinating many fluid marketing projects. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while gaining valuable experience in all facets of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
· Creative Content Design: Develop and design marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, print and digital catalogs, social media assets, advertisements, and presentations, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
· Photography: Photographing projects, process for low and high resolution digital and print applications and to apply images to all social media outlets, websites, print pieces, etc. Photoshop skills needed.
· Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
· Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging across all channels.
· Social Media & Digital Content: Help create and schedule engaging social media posts, produce inner and outer company email newsletters or event communications that support marketing campaigns and promotions.
· Project Management: Monitor multiple marketing projects and events, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. Maintain organized project timelines and track progress.
· Event Planning & Execution: Work as a team to oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of company events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities. Coordinate vendors, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth operations.
· Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in tracking the effectiveness of campaigns and events through data analysis, providing insights for continuous improvement.
· Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments, products, and customer service to support broader company goals. To engage and team up with vendors and industry leaders on marketing materials and concepts to implement across the industry.
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software.
· Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, 365, PowerPoint is a plus).
· Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media and content creation.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Art, Communications, Design, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, event coordination, or a related role.
· Experience with project management tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
