Compensation: $72,000-96,000+ per year (base + performance bonuses)

Role Overview
As our Account Executive, you’ll be the go-to relationship builder and strategist for a portfolio of construction-industry clients. You’ll ensure clients are thrilled with their results, properly onboarded, consistently supported, and strategically upsold on services that drive real ROI.
You will act as the bridge between clients and our backend team, ensuring that our media buyers, creatives, and tech staff are aligned with each client’s unique needs.
This isn’t a passive customer support role. We’re looking for an independent problem solver who can manage, inspire, and grow both clients and team members.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the remodeling industry. Lead regular check-in calls, review performance, and deliver results-focused insights.
Onboarding & Expectations: Welcome new clients, walk them through our onboarding process, and set clear expectations for timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
Upselling & Account Growth: Identify upsell opportunities based on client goals and performance data. Help expand accounts by recommending strategic add-ons.
Internal Communication: Relay client needs to the media buying and tech teams, ensuring campaign adjustments and execution align with client goals.
Team Leadership: Manage the backend execution team (media buyers, creatives, tech support), ensuring they stay on target, on brand, and on schedule.
Problem Solving: Anticipate issues before they arise, offer proactive solutions, and maintain a calm, confident presence under pressure.
Reporting & Insights: Provide clear updates to both clients and leadership on campaign performance, account health, and team output.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in an Account Executive or Client Success Manager role
Background in digital marketing (especially lead generation, paid ads, or social media marketing)
Familiarity with the construction/remodeling industry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience managing internal teams or cross-functional projects
Confidence in leading client meetings and handling objections
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and lead with ownership
A-player mentality – you’re not just managing, you’re actively improving our systems
Bonus Points
Experience with GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms
Previous work in a marketing agency environment
Sales or upselling experience
